Refund Policy
Credits are a prepaid balance for rendering clips. This page explains when a purchase can be refunded, how failed renders are handled, and how to ask for a correction.
Credits are prepaid, not a subscription
Buying a pack is a one-time purchase: nothing renews automatically and there is no recurring charge.
Credits do not expire, and unused credits stay on your account until you spend them.
Failed renders are refunded automatically
If a render fails for a reason on our side — a provider error, a timeout, or a request rejected before any generation happened — the credits return to your balance automatically and appear in your credit history with the reason listed.
You do not need to ask for this. If a failed render is still charged after an hour, email us with the task id and we will correct it.
What is not refundable
A render that completed successfully is not refundable: the compute has already been spent. If the result differs from what you expected, that is a quality issue rather than a billing error — regenerate with a different reference photo or motion prompt.
Redeem codes cannot be refunded once redeemed. If a code was sold to you by a third party, the refund is between you and that seller.
Requesting a refund
Email us from the address you signed in with within 14 days of the purchase, and include the redemption code or the task ids involved. We reply within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days.
Where a payment method was used, refunds go back to the same method. Credits bought with a redeem code are refunded as credits.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction, including any right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content that has not yet been used.
