Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content

Do not use Tiny-Desk-AI to create or share content that sexualises minors in any way, depicts non-consensual sexual acts, or is intended to harass, threaten or defame a real person.

Also prohibited: content promoting violence, self-harm, terrorism or other serious illegal activity; content infringing copyright, trademark or other rights; and content designed to deceive people about events or about who said or did something.

Real people and consent

Do not generate recognisable likenesses of real people without their consent. Public figures may only be depicted in ways that are clearly not presented as real events.

If you upload a photo of yourself, you are responsible for anyone else whose likeness also appears in it.

Intellectual property

Only upload or describe material you have the right to use. Prompts that reproduce a specific copyrighted work, a protected character or a brand campaign may be rejected.

Rights holders can report infringing output using the reporting route below.

Reporting a violation

Email us with the subject “Report a content violation”. Include the URL or the task id, what the problem is, and — where relevant — who you are and what right you hold.

We acknowledge every report and finish an initial assessment within 3 business days. We give the reporter an outcome within 7 days, unless a longer period is needed for a complex rights question, in which case we say so in writing.

Do not send us passwords, sign-in codes, full card numbers, or copies of private images you do not own.

Enforcement

Depending on severity we may reject a prompt before generation, remove an output, suspend credits, or block an account. Repeat or severe violations lead to permanent removal.

Automated moderation can be wrong. If your request was rejected unfairly, contact support and a human will look at it.

Appeals

If an account restriction looks mistaken, email us with the subject “Account enforcement appeal” and explain the context. We reply within 3 business days with a decision and the reason for it.
